Level 180

Tuesday, 20 September 2011 - Level 180

Level 180 Achieved!

Managed to get to Level 180 on my DK yesterday, on 19 September morning. I leveled at a rate of once every 1-2days ever since LHC had been newly "released", leveling from 176 --> 180 for the past week.

It had been great, but now training has gotten slightly boring. Upon leveling to 180, I added my 5 AP into STR (which turned out to be +9 STR after the potential% increment) and had 12 (or 15?) SP.

Since I was 0%, I went to Von Leon. I fought it with a BS, but we did not managed to kill it. There was a bug such that my hits could not target VL. It made the fight really annoying. We gave up after 30 minutes. I don't think I'm going to fight it again with that bug.

So now I am 0.00% and I wonder if I should go and start training. Hmm...the server is very laggy. Maybe I will continue training once it stops lagging.

LHC Training Experiences and Thoughts

Had been training my DK at bearwolves, which is a very nice map with groups of mobs when in a full party. I met a number of nice people and buddied them. Once, I was lucky enough to be able to get slots during 1.5x EXP immediately after logging in. My buddy said he helped me to reserve a party slot - really nice of him.

Before officially training at LHC, I thought we would be able to get a perfect party set-up:
- Combat Orders
- Hyper Body
- Sharp Eyes
- Dark Aura
- Holy Symbol
- Lastly, Speed Infusion (?)

In guild, 5 out of 6 of those skills are achievable. Then I realised it wasn't possible. Right now, I'd be happy to have just Sharp Eyes and Holy Symbol in the party. Most of the time though, only one of them is present in the party I join. Party Leaders seem to just invite anybody at all whether or not they have buffs for the party or not, and don't seem to care about damage from what I've seen - they only get sickened by leechers, which personally, I don't mind since that only means I get the main EXP from the monsters ^^.

Past Level Achievements / Activities
Level 175 - Defeated Mu Gong in MLTC a few times (SOLO)
Level 179 - Defeated Zakum a few times, to help friend's friend a basic book (TT)
Level 180 - Went to Von Leon, but failed

Current Aim
I hope to get to Level 181, because every odd-numbered level (175,177,179...), my second AP will give me 4 STR at the cost of 1 AP thanks to MW19 and potential% which gives me additional STR every 10th STR I have. Leveling to 200 is really tough, and if I do get there, it would sort of defeat the purpose of playing any more. I would like to kill bosses, but then there is no point since reaching the max level ... is the point of the game. No point improving damage any more after that.

Day 03 on my Viper (Scarlion)

Friday, 26 August 2011 - Day 03 on my Viper (SCARLION !)

I have been playing my Viper for 3 days. And I have gained a decent amount of experience (and levels) in these 3 days.

From Level 146, 68% EXP 3 days ago(I still remember because for a long time it stalled at those numbers!)

To...

Level 148, 15.28% (today!)

Crunch in the numbers and indeed I have gained about 1 and a half levels in just 3 days, and at this level without any 2x or 1.5x Coupons or events, it is simply astonishing. And the fun part is, I only trained at normal monsters 40% EXP at level 147. The rest of the EXP was gained purely from boss runs.

Yeah, I could gain 1 full level just by bossing in other words. *showoff* lols

Today, I went online and killed:
- 2 Clock Bosses (Papulatus Clock)
- 2 Krexels (Tree boss at Ulu City)
- 1 Scarlion (Msia Area Boss)

I had never solo-ed scarlion and today is the first time I said I would try it on my Viper. I was very afraid that I would run out of potions, so to be safe, I transferred 547 Milks to my Viper before going in.

------

When I went in, I honestly thought it was going to be a piece of cake. Well, I mean..even though it is a Level 140 Boss, at least its first two forms deal little damage. But I forgot that it can cast Super Weapon Defense up and make my damage all "1"s, which means I cannot drain heath or mana effectively all the time.

But at least it was not that tough since I could stay partially invincible thanks to Demolition, which makes me disappear for about 3 seconds so the boss literally hits air sometimes xD.

B3 is where I started to get serious. It was doing 3000+ damage and if I did not concentrate, I would die in a few hits. My HP was 9800.

And when I started, I would rush the boss all over the map! Left to right, right to left mainly because I could keep my invincibility that way! If there were any other people in the map, they would seriously get screwed.

That's why, don't party with my Viper at Scarlion xD.

Whenever the boss casts super defense, I would push it here and there and I found the usefulness of barrel, a skill that lets me hide from attacks. Too bad I can't use it while in transformation.

I also realised that even though rush makes me invincible half as long, with skill and timing, and the correct location, I could avoid its magic attacks completely!

Right before it casts its magic attack, I would rush toward it and dodge the magic attack. That is so cool, especially when one of the attacks is it sends a car racing toward you, and my Viper would rush at it and the car would go past me without hitting me. I found out that standing at the position of the rope is the best location to rush when on the left side. It works nearly 100% of the time until I have to rebuff myself. I have not found the sweet spot on the right side.

It's funny how I am pinning Scarlion on the right side and two minutes later, I am seen pinning it on the left side. And then two minutes later I'm back on the right side. Viper seriously has unique bossing styles. There was once when I fought it in the middle, but it was not so effective.

Although it has less HP than Krexel, (150M vs 250M HP), it casts Defense up, effectively making it have 300M HP. So actually I took more time to kill Scarlion B3 than to kill one of krexel's eye.

Its HP would drop, then stay there before dropping. But in the end, it got low enough and I managed to kill it ! (You have gained experience +1,344,000, same as krexel's left eye) on the bottom right of the screenshot at the start of this page. That is about 2% for me. (I probably gained about this much on B1 and B2 combined)

I took over an hour and spent: 41 Milks, 11 Unagis, 14 Chocolates and a few Mana Elixirs which are insignificant.

Funny thing is, I brought in 547 Milks thinking I would use up a hundred or so since Scarlion has 150M HP and deals 3k damage on its Last form, which is about 1 Milk Every hit. I ended up leaving the place with 506 Milk. Didn't even lose a single USE slot in the entire hour-long fight. (I estimate B3 alone took up about 30 minutes)

That's kind of good if you ask me and I manage to break even just by selling off the dews Scarlion drops.

Sadly, I only got one helm, and it did not even have a hidden potential ! I brought in two magnifying glasses and did not manage to use it. Looks like getting a 3 % Str Helm for my Viper is going to take awhile.
------

What I found out was nice about Viper so far:
1) Free Haste 90% of the time - sorry. 99% of the time. The two transformation status give 140% speed and 120% Jump, and they both can be used one after another, which means once the cooldown for one transformation runs out, I use the other one. Now I can use Targa Helm without going crazy over the the speed I lose.

2) Demolition is such a destructive skill. It is simply amazing how a level 14x character can be dealing 50k x 8 damage (without crits) on bosses with relatively high defense. At times when all my buffs are active, the critical goes up to 100k on one hit. That's really nice to see 100k, but it is super rare.

3) Lucky Dice is one of my favourite buffs. Really - it is made for people who like to afk in the game - LIKE ME ! How it works is, every 200 seconds, you get a random BUFF. Some of the buffs give defense and aren't as useful as compared to buffs that give +30% EXP gain. So my strategy is to AFK in the game and alt-tab once in a while to use the dice. If it rolls the EXP Buff, I play. Else, I continue to AFK. It's really awesome.

4) Ability to recover both HP and MP. The only jobs that can drain mana with the use of skills are Mages (with Infinity) and really - the Viper. Makes me save lots of MP potions as well as HP. When I am lucky, I don't even use potions for a full clock boss run - once after getting 1HP and 1MP, I simply drained back my HP and MP. (But after that I got hit again so I ended up using potions).

5) Lots more. Would be boring to read so... up next is what I Hate.

What I hate about Viper since big bang patch:

- Barrage is rendered useless. I wanted to use it for invincibility at Scarlion.
- Rush is also shortened to about 1 second invincibility from the 2.5 seconds it was before. That's sad. I now have to develop my own techniques to stay invincible at Scarlion. It was fun, so to speak, but I really miss barrage and the godmode of csb(rush-like skill).

Still overall...

I love my Viper. I wish I could transfer more of the godly %str items from my Viper to my DK because I simply want my Viper to overtake my DK's damage. Sadly, the equips can only be worn by a warrior while the common ones are trade-blocked.

My Viper has two pieces of +12% STR items while my DK has +60% Total. And my viper is 30 levels lower, so getting it to surpass my DK is going to take some time.

My Viper is a bossing machine and it's very fulfilling to see my Viper level up at Krexel today. Oh! And that reminds me of one last thing.

Lv. 6 Pirate's Revenge

Today, I leveled my DK at Zakum and my Viper at Krexel. Some time ago my friend asked me how it is possible to train on bosses. I'd very much want him to show him this post. But ah, never mind.

Anyway, I added Pirate's Revenge to 6!
It now has a duration of 33 seconds to give me +11% Damage. The fixed cool down of 50 seconds annoys me though. But once I level up my Viper two more times, the duration will be 45 seconds. This gives a damage boost nearly 90% of the time.

I'm two more levels away from maxing it, and dumping the two remaining points to MW, which will raise my STR further.

My strength is now 990 (738 + 252). Two more levels and it is going to be 1000!

Viper's Wish

Since I go bossing everyday, I am now starting to look for cheap knuckles in the FM that give +30% Boss damage.

I saw a 2h BW that is Unique with that line and it was only 400mil. I think it dropped to 200mil in the end or something. I also saw a Unique Omega Spear at 90mil (no 30% bossing though).

30% on Demolition's 50k = 65k Total
30% on Demolition's 60k (abv avg hits with Energy) = 80k Total
30% on Demolition's 100k criticals = 130k Total.

I think seeing 80k non-crit is really nice. And since all my critical hits are like 70k ~ 80k, 30% boss would mean I would see lots more of 100k ! (After I get MW9 too). Man I'm obsessed X_X

-----

Oh and one more thing.

I got SG Glasses for my Viper today. It gave me +80 max damage (without any buffs) because I wasn't wearing anything previously. So now I finally have something as an EYE ACCESSORY.

It looks funny when I wear my ravana helm with it, but I don't mind getting used to my Viper's new look. I think it looks nice in fact.

Pissed off

Thursday, 25 August 2011 - Pissed off

Seriously damn pissed off. I don't even know where to start.

Okay uhm. I died at BG.

Twice.

I went in SOLO and I could kill it.

Went in with a bishop and died twice, wasting my bloody potions.

You thought since a bishop was around, it would be less spamming right? Well, no apparently.

Because I ended up dying twice, I got really pissed.

At one point, the bishop had enough time to slack and afk to write a BBS. Such an awesome bishop. Apparently the first time I died was because I was using sacrifice and of course using that at a monster that already does 3k DMG (and sacrifice uses 2.2k HP)is near instant death since it's 1/4 of my HP. I got revived only to die again.

The second time I died was reaction time wasn't fast enough. When I used PE, nothing happened. Too late for me to realise I had run out of them.

Worse thing is. I just leveled up and had 0%

And I brought two effing charms. Seriously pissed off.

Based on time taken, close to half an hour, the BG was probably at about a quarter to a fifth of its HP remaining. Good job bishop.

Not going to that damn place again until I have like 500 Power Elixirs (which seriously is all I need to down the three bosses).

Oh, and lots of concentration and patience for a boss that stuns repeatedly. Seriously the stuns make it look like it has 3 times the normal HP.

Pissed off.

I won't be playing my DK for some time. Seeing the number of charms remaining in my DK makes me want to kill somebody.

Grandpa Boss...ran out of pots?

Wednesday, 24 August 2011 - Grandpa Boss...ran out of pots?

I told a long story.

But basically, today I went bodyguard boss - SOLO attempt.

I took on one of the most annoying bosses in the game - a boss that stuns you with its magic attack very frequently.

I remember the longest period I got continuously stunned was up to a minute long. And all I could do was push the potion button and try my luck on the arrow keys - which ultimately don't bring me anywhere as long as I am stunned.

The sentence "You are stunned and unable to move." flooded my chat box.

After some gruelling 20 to 30 minutes or so, I was so DELIGHTED to see that I had killed it.

Then came body guard B. This is a fun boss. I won't talk about it here.

Now for the rather sad part.

I did not bring enough potions for Grandpa Boss. Really a waste if you ask me. I struggled to keep my potion consumption in control and ended up with 17 Power Elixirs.

Not sure what to make of it. Full story written elsewhere. =) Ask me to hear it.

A day with Viper

Tuesday, 23 August 2011 - A day with Viper

This is going be a quick post.

I went krexel with my Viper and I discovered a neat trick. I could create my own 1.35x EXP without using event/cash coupon/family REP/HS.

I used this trick and krexel gave me 6% on the right eye!

I gained +2,000,000 EXP, which is the base EXP my DK gets.
Then +600,000 EXP
Then +130,000 EXP

It was A HUGE BONUS! (and it's not hack btw)

And the bonus EXP just requires me to afk. It's a smart trick but only pirates can do it. I wonder if any pirates have figured this out. I gained 53% on my Viper today. It was supposed to be 63%, but I died at yetis because I did not pot.

At this rate, I think I can keep improving the EXP rate my Viper gets every day. Maybe I can get 30% everyday from bossing. 6% from 2 rounds of Clock, and 12% for every krexel solo.

I think apart from clock and Krexel, I may go to scar too - to try and get a 3% helm. Maybe I could try to go to the clock at MLTC.

Oh and did you know? I spent ZERO Potions at my second round of clock today. Yes, potless clock run.

Viper is seriously god at clock. For the first round, I ended up using potions due to poor time management, but I think I'm getting the hang of it.

If I could kill the clock at MLTC, I'd be getting 600k EXP every MLTC round. Not sure if the time taken is worth it but yea. It is fun.

Viper is very fun. I'm addicted to Viper for now.

Oh and I found out why my Dragon Strike was low damage. Super Transform gives 40WA and when I used dragon strike with it, I did 70k, and the criticals could reach up to 100k. I guess I reached my target after all. Yesterday, I did not use the 40WA skill, which lowered my damage by about 20k. That's a huge difference.

Also, I managed to level up once today and added 3 points into Pirate's Revenge.

Level 3: 12% chance to increase my damage by +8% for the next 18 seconds.

It made me hit 100k demolition with another +20% damage buff as well as +60wa from skills.

That is the same damage I hit with SE!

Only this time I was without SE. If I get SE, the damage is going to be wicked.

I'm hoping to level up again on Wednesday perhaps, and get Pirate's Revenge to 6. Leveling once every 2-3 days is kind of wicked for a 146 char (now 147). Need to go MLTC and try to kill that clock first and see how long it takes.

First Round Krexel timing (Speed solo run)

Left Eye: 32 minutes
Right Eye: 27 minutes

EXP gained on 1.00x EXP
Left Eye: 2%++
Right Eye: 4%

Total EXP gained from 2 rounds Krexel: 17%. Just wow. (6% from 2 rounds clock)

Reviving my awesome Viper

Monday, 22 August 2011 - Reviving my Viper

I revived my Viper today thanks to a lucky afternoon.

I bought and passed Demolition 20.

I passed Demolition 30 right after that.

I also passed Super Transform 20 right after that as well.

So all in all, I passed three essential books. But so much trouble - what for? Well, I wanted to go clock boss with my viper. But I realised I did not have enough dex to wear my knuckle. It was a pain to find and transfer all my necessary equipment because after quitting my Viper for a long time, my equipment was storaged and lent - scattered to the ends of the world, but in the end, I managed to get them.

There is a regret though - that I don't have enough dex so I cannot wear my 4 attack Witch Belt and instead have to use a black belt which is the version that adds 0 attack. That's bad. Lost about 200 damage range.

I transferred my pirate equipment and even some of my common DK equipment to make up for that.

My Viper was quite powerful. I was demotivated by the damage of a 6-mob mobbing skill called Dragon Strike. It deals 50k damage to 6 monsters. I was hoping for something higher, like 80k to 100k.

I had 39 SP. I maxed Super Transform from 1 to 20, and demolition from 10 to 30. I had 1 point in Speed Infusion (party skill) and Dragon Strike 30. I think that's it.

The moment I used Demolition, I was somewhat satisfied.

I killed papulatus twice and it was not enough. I was addicted to Demolition. It was a powerful skill. I spent no MP potions in there, and only spent 8 unagis on my second run due to carelessness.

This is a great improvement. Demolition takes off a very obvious amount of the boss' health when I used it. It is fantastic to see the HP of the boss go down like that.

I was so addicted to Demolition that I went with my BM friend to KREXEL !

With Sharp Eyes, it was even more fulfilling to see the red numbers. It reached 5 digits at some point when my Lucky Dice rolled a damage boost buff. Not even my Dark Knight, 30 levels higher, can do that with Crusher.

I think I am going to train my Viper to max out this other cool skill.

Pirate's Revenge.

At level 10, it gives me a 40% chance to activate a buff that makes me deal +15% damage for 45 seconds. It has a 50 second cooldown, so that means almost all the time, my damage would be permanently raised by 15%. That is A LOT and it is very worth for 10 SP - it just needs 10 SP to max.

I wanted to add MW, but at level 10, it only adds +5% STR, which is incomparable to Pirate's Revenge. It would require MW30 to match the power of maxed Pirate's Revenge.

I want to level 4 more times, and maybe with the remaining skill points added into MW to give an even greater strength boost to stack especially with the %str items from my DK.

I think I'm going to train my Viper the moment LHC gets its party bonus EXP fixed.

Viper / DK / Soul Master

I need to level them up. Especially my soul master, to get the 24WA boost for my other characters.

Today is quite a fun day. Oh and my pirate gained 20% just by going to KREXEL and CLOCK twice! (And krexel was with a party). That basically means that if I just online to go bossing for 5 days, I level up once - without even stepping into training maps. This is what the game should be about - bossing and earning both experience and money there haha. OH and, at krexel, I did not even use a SINGLE MP pot. I used HP potions because I panicked when I once got too close to the eye and I was paranoid of death.

Those bosses... They give me like 9.6m EXP total when solo-ed without any EXP multiplier. I need 44M EXP to level up. Vipers are seriously strong at bosses. I'm still hoping one day I can hit 5 digit damage with Dragon Strike, the mobbing skill, because 50k is not really pleasant. A good thing I won't be using this skill a lot at LHC. I want to reset those skill points into Pirate's Revenge and even MW9 would help at boss.
Man, my viper is a seriously cool character. Made purely for bossing purposes.

For every action, there's an opposite reaction

Sunday, 14 August 2011 - For every action, there is an opposite reaction

Last night was the happiest night ever in my DK's life...or at least I think it was.

I made a godly Spear. Well actually, I made three of them.

One was destroyed, and the other just did not turn out good enough. The middle of the two turned out to have the best attack spear I had ever forged of the three spears I had.

Stats:
10 STR
2 DEX
31 HP
140 ATTACK

It had been hammered twice and enhanced thrice (3 stars total). On top of that, it was yellow coloured (yellow label).

And I thought it could not get any better, but it did.

On the 21st Cube I rolled on the spear, it got to an EPIC rank from RARE.

On the next cube, I got the following potential stats.

Total Damage: +6%
Attack: +3%

I was aiming for +12 Weapon Attack, but that was good enough. 6% of total damage is more than enough to cover the loss of 12 attack, and there's even 3% attack (giving like 6-7 wa more to the spear).

Definitely was a good night.

-----

Today, I went CWKPQ. It was the first time I was using my new armor and weapon. I thought it was going to be a smooth run.

But my DK got 1/1. I had less than the required reaction time I needed to push the potion button and died.

Everyone had came for nothing...

And I was very sad.

I guess next time things will improve. Got to go do my work now.

Level 172 at Zakum!

I managed to snap this screenshot on 2 August in a late night Zakum run.

Went in at 97%. Killed arms till I was 99.01%.

I was with Shan (using my cleric)and Legion, but both died before B3.

Had to solo it down and nearly ran out of pots because I transferred them all out and had less than 100 of each type of pot (unagi, elixirs, PE).

It did not drop anything good thankfully, because I would feel regretful that they died. Four ZHelms dropped but I could not loot them.

The second run was much better. No screenshots, but shan managed to survive with my cleric and was able to SoK a TT basic to sell at 175m.

That's nice.

With the level up, HP washed two AP, each one adding like 94HP after HB. Skill points into achilles - 18 now.

The screenshot above is very nice - the level up at zakum. Too bad the chatbox is rolled up larger than normal, covering the guild name, but I guess I could edit that using paint. I think I'm going to crop and set it as a picture somewhere.

Nothing else to say, so i shall end this post.

Decision

Tuesday, 26 July 2011

I came across an interesting forum thread. It said that Premium Miracle Cubes (PMC) have 25% chance to turn an item from 2L > 3L. Many people did so in 1-3 PMC, sometimes 4 or 5 tries.

I feel like trying it on a reverse. Perhaps I am going to buy 20 cubes, cube a spear to epic with Normal cubes, and then PMC it until it is 3 liner, and hope for a unique status.

That sounds like a good plan, though 20 Cubes = 400M, and 4 PMC = 340M. And I need another 20 cubes to go Unique = 400M. That's expensive and I don't have that much right now. Cubing is gambling.

So am I willing to spend a bomb on another end-game weapon? Or not?

A day in Maple

Bosses
Went Zakum twice today. I am surprised that there is no CWKPQ. Also went papulatus clock twice at night. The drops by clock have been nerfed rather badly. Each potion type only has about a 60% chance to drop I think. I have not gotten a screenshot of the new drops, but it used to be a long row of meso bags and potions and now it is rather pathetic, sometimes it looks like a normal monster drop. But such a nerf had to come - milk prices have dropped drastically and so have sunset dews. Even the famed power elixirs and elixirs have dropped to 3k and 5k each. And those are selling prices, not buying prices.

August Perks
There are a few things that I can't help but look forward to in August.

1) New Equipment - Getting a 9% Str top which I paid 300m for. I'll be getting it early August if all goes well. My recent +7 stat medal expired, so this 9% top is going to make up for that and hopefully boost str to 1600.

2) New Area - Lionheart Castle. An exciting update. I hope it comes on the day my holiday starts and my exams end. I currently get about 6% per hour training, and I think the new area will be 10% per hour. Each monster gives 0.07% I predict and killing 2 monsters every minute should not be a problem especially since the entire guild can deal 250M damage, taking our a krexel eye in 13 minutes. That's 20M damage per minute, relatively enough to kill 2 Monsters (of 9.6m HP each). Not to mention that crusher can hit 3 mobs and the platforms sometimes spawn up to 4-5 mobs. There is a new area boss. It has 550M HP and looks relatively easy to kill excluding the fact that it can easily heal its HP to full without a good strategy. Not sure if the guild can take it down so not expecting much for this.

3) New Skill - Having trained my KoC to lv. 113, I'm going to get a 22wa buff which hasn't been implemented yet, called BoE, which is similar to BoF (which I get 14wa from currently). With the new skill, I'll be getting an 8 wa boost (soon to be 9 wa boost) from the update. I noticed that each attack adds +92 max damage in my AP stat screen. That's approximately 6 Strength, which is quite a lot seeing how that's definitely going to boost max damage by +900, and crusher damage by about 7200 for entire crusher (without criticals).

4) Secret Weapon??? - This is a secret plan. A very hidden perk that I can't tell right now, but the guild will know when August comes. I can't wait! Haha

Non-secret Perks summarized:
+ 6% More Total Str (62 STR / 10WA) }
+ 9 WA (possibly 10) } 20WA Increase Total
+ Training Speed Increase

BGM 1: Memories of Ossyria's Aquadungeon

Monday, 25 July 2011

Yesterday, I was listening to a background music (BGM) in the game, of a place called Aqua Dungeon.

Aquaroad is the only underwater area in the game and you swim instead of walk. A very cool place indeed.

Aqua dungeon is the dungeon of that place. I used to like training at what used to be a high-leveled area. (I died a lot here too in my lower-leveled days.) The music is rather peaceful and tranquil even though it is supposed to be a very dark and perilous place.

My favourite map there is "Deep Sea Gorge II", which is a place that spawns lots and lots of goby houses, which happen to also be one of my favourite sources of money that time.

Usually when I play, I would mute the BGM and listen to my own music, but every time I train and farm there, I would actually listen to the game's BGM and pause my music for a while because I really like the tranquil music.

------

Sadly, after an update known as the "big bang", the map was changed. It no longer spawns goby houses and it has been replaced by other monsters. Now, it is an empty and avoided map which hardly anyone goes to, just like the other maps in this deserted dungeon. It is quite sad actually, because it is one of my favourite spots in the game.

"Memories of Ossyria: Aqua Dungeon" is how this BGM is titled.

It had been some time since I listened to it, and when I listened, I would remember two things:

1) Me and my friends partying at Deep Sea Gorge II, killing the goby houses there together. That was a really fun night training there as a Hermit, Ranger, Dragon Knight, Priest party.

2) My Viper hunting the gobies there.

The special thing about goby houses is that they don't give experience points when they die, but after they die, six fishes (called gobies) will appear and charge at you, and each goby gives high amounts of experience points. And because there are six of them, they drop six times the amount of money. I loved these gobies.

My viper was very good at hunting these monsters and I missed those times.

Now though, with the update, the game has introduced many other new areas, and people hardly train in this dungeon as the experience rate is not comparable to those newer areas. I won't be visiting Auqa Dungeon maps any longer than I have to take to walk past them. Even as new characters, I only spent two levels there before moving on to new and better training spots.

Papulatus, Cape

Wednesday, 20 July 2011 - Papulatus, Cape

Today, I played for a short while mainly because I was busy the whole day. I went online and clocked twice.

I did not create a blog when this happened, but I'll write about it anyway. I bought a very desirable cape for my dark knight. I had to sell my balrog chair at 170m for this to happen, but it definitely is worth it. I had managed to scroll the cape to +10 STR in the end, which made for an even better cape.

CWKPQ

Tuesday, 20 July 2011 - Relaxed

Today is a rather relaxed day. There aren't many activities. Today, Melvin scrolled his reverse sword and ended up with a 4 of 7 passes.

Shan made a Reverse Claw for Xuhai. It came out 5 attack above average, which is extremely decent.

I have not began to create my spare reverse weapons though today I went to gather the materials to forge those weapons with the two of them.

We went CWKPQ at night. There was no Zakum because CWKPQ itself is time consuming. We did not manage to go twice because of the non-existent 24 hours limit which obviously is supposed to be over.

Went to test damage with Sharp Eyes buff with a recently bought Cape. I like it.

First Post

Monday, 18 July 2011 - First Post

Introduction
This is the first post on my Virtual Life blog, which obviously, is going to revolve around mainly one game. There will be other really minor flash games, but really, those are going to be ultra rare posts. For my real life blog, please visit the most boring blog in the world, also known as " lifeisnth-but-bordem.blogspot.com ".

Banner
I created a banner based on a screenshot I took in Zakum's altar as well a screenshot I took at the end of today's CWKPQ run. I set it to display at the TOP of the blog. It's lovely and looks pretty nice to me. Those are my favourite screenshots by the way.

Today
Went Scarlion with Han, Shan to get a helm for Carl's mechanic.

CWKPQ
When CWK with the intention of getting MoN, a very powerful end-game pendant for four people: Carl, Shan, Legion and my mechanic. However, my mechanic disconnected during the boss run, which is quite a pity. Too bad though.

I also failed to collect a cape during the bonus round as it dropped. What a waste again.

I got so worked up over that, and I was telling my friend in such detail that he said. "Okay stop" "Now i feel sad". Ah well never mind.

Carl was asking whether we fight that big stone guy in the first screenshot above after we arm him with weapons such as wands, claws swords and guns and bows. It would make for a fantastic boss. I did not capture any screenshots for the boss.

But look to the left...some lucky guy really got the best clean pendant in the game.

Zakum
Went Zakum with Legion and Shan. We missed 4 times (I missed twice) and shan disappeared halfway.

End of day thoughts
CWKPQ - Mostly successful (12wa MoN, most people satisfied except me, who failed to get the pendant and my cape)
Scarlion - Success
Zakum - Fail???

Zakum 2
But suddenly, Shan reappeared, and I successfully botted into the altar. We went in and defeated it.

Zakum - Success

You can look at the bottom right of the big screenshot for the amount of experience I gain, but it doesn't look as nice. I enlarged another screenshot for you to see.

Zakum Drops
Everyone's probably sick of Zakum dropping the same things over and over again. Today's drops aren't so colorful, but let me paste a colorful one from yesterday's. Just look at that rainbow of skill books!

Blog thoughts
I'm starting to regret making this blog. It feels obsolete. No point putting what I do daily actually because there isn't much to talk about and most of the stuff is going to repeat up till the point everyone, including me, loses the hype to read or post such stuff.

(I have a feeling this blog will die very quickly)
While FM-ing
I saw time piece 1.99m each, enhancement scrolls 555k each, and Potential scrolls 2.2m EACH.

I am planning to forge a second and third reverse weapon, at a total cost of 180m for the time pieces.
- If it's a 2-liner, I can enhance it with my main spear until one of them reaches an ultimate amount of attack.
- If it's a 3-liner, I can cube and hammer it such that it won't lose to my first spear. (There's a skill that can potential scroll an item without wearing it and thus making it untradeable.)

Sounds like a fantastic idea. But 180mil for a 25% chance for the 3-liner scenario to happen. Would it be worth it?

The reason I'm forging two more is because I don't want to forge any more weapons ever again. I want to get a final weapon done and over with. Though, that's definitely hard. If both of them are 2 liners, it's a serious money sink.
